A new modern town house that is 5 -10 minutes walk from the CBD. Being very close to the city you will love the proximity to the city's restaurants, cafes, shops, museum, art galleries, movie theatre, and walkway along the Maitai river.
I am 29 years old and married. I live in Nelson and I love to travel.
The area is known as The Wood and is a suburb very close to the CBD, about 5-10 minute walk.
