This apartment can be booked together with the upper level 'Harbour View - Two' via our 'Harbour View - Three' listing, giving you exclusive use of the property with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living, kitchen & dining areas. The access to Harbour View is via a steep but safe driveway. There is just one car park available with this apartment. If you have an additional vehicle this will need to be parked below on Poynters Crescent. As the apartment must be accessed via stairs, access may be challenging for elderly, disabled or those who have difficulty with walking. Due to stairs for access & glass balustrades, this apartment is not suitable for mobile infants, or children under 12.
