You'll love the resort-like feel of this property with it's relaxing 7-seater Hot Tub-Spa Pool and heated Swimming Pool - one of the largest residential pools in Nelson - and offering an extended Swimming season. Set amidst its own English gardens in a large private park-like setting, the home is North facing on the elevated southern slopes of the city, catching all day sun. Large screen 77" and 65" TV's, Playstation 5, Gigabit Fibre ultra high-speed WiFi, Weber BBQ, and quality furnishings and appliances complete the picture. IMPORTANT NOTES: *No party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets. Only staying guests allowed - no visitors permitted without prior agreement with host. Car parking - Off-street parking is available for maximum 3 vehicles. There is no on-street parking on the street frontage. Photos - Please note the house has recently been refurnished and additional amenities added. Photos will be updated as soon as possible :-) New fully wheelchair-accessible elevator just added! Elevator and Stairs Access - Please note this is a two-storey home with elevator and stairs access between the entry and upper bedroom level, as well as the main living level below. There are also steps from the balcony deck to the pool, spa & garden area. Swimming Pool - The pool is heated with a swimming season that typically extends from late October until late April. No noise that has the potential to disturb neighbours shall be made at any time during the designated “quiet hours” of 9:00pm and 8:00am. Please try to arrive during business hours where possible (our team are available 7 days a week as late as 8pm). Late arrivals after 8pm are available by agreement only. An additional charge of NZD50.00 will apply.

Just five minutes walk to Nelson Cathedral and the City Centre with its local restaurants cafes & eateries, parks, fantastic galleries, dining, shopping & entertainment! Just a short walk from the Grampians with it's many walking trails & views over the city & bay. For riders, an easy ride from Codgers Mountain Bike Park, Sharlands Mountainbike Area, the Coppermine Saddle Trail & Fringed Hill.
