Hello, which room has the outdoor spa?
None of the rooms have there own private spa. We have 2 hot tubs open for all guest to utilize as they wish. They are both very private and can be booked upon arrival.Answered on 20 August 2022I’m sorry but Covid has meant that our plans are cancelled. Is there any chance of a refund?
You do need to direct the question to the company you reserved through, Fiordland Lodge has received no payment for this booking. Your accommodation contract is with booking.com them so there T&C's will no doubt be different to ours.Answered on 29 August 2021If I book a night at your hotel on Booking.com does it include a 3 course evening meal? Yes it's necessary to hire a car. Unfortunately taxi service doesn't exist anymore in Te Anau. Lodge is located about 8km from the Te Anau and we do not offer shuttle service to town anymore.Answered on 20 March 2022
