With your very own parking space, yet only a 10 minute walk to the Christchurch CBD, this townhouse has got you covered! Tucked away from Bealey Ave you will find this modest 2 bedroom home with room enough for 6. Spread out between 2 floors you are welcomed into an open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge with a separate laundry cupboard and toilet. Open the ranch slider doors to discover your very own sun trap, fully fenced patio area. Upstairs are two sunny bedrooms and a toilet.
I love any activity outdoors in the sun! Myself, my partner and our 3 dogs ore off travelling New Zealand.
