We have been operating as a caravan homestay for the past two years but have expanded to the wedding and party hire business in August 2023. We still love hiring our caravan for homestays and also for travelling or staying at holiday parks. Our caravan is a popular attraction, as seen on other booking sites.

Property info

A lovely caravan situated by the fruit trees provides everything you would need from bedding, towels, dressing gowns, kitchen equipment and a basic pantry. The caravan has a warm and cosy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after exploring the wonderful Tasman Region. Close to the park, beach, and river, this unique stay is sure to give you memories. The caravan is located on the back lawn not to far from our house, but far enough away so you can have some privacy. The bathroom and laundry is shared with the main household and guests have their own entrance into this area. The rest of the outside areas are available for your use. Let your kids play on the playground while you relax in the garden with a cuppa, or share a meal on the picnic table. The various fruit trees around the property are available for guests, and the use of the small charcoal grill for outdoor cooking is a lovely addition to the outside area.

Neighborhood info

Our home is located close to beautiful scenic areas. We have a river and playground just down the road, and the beach is just a few minutes drive away. There is also an amazing restaurant just around the corner. Everything is within walking distance with the longest walk being about 20 mins to the beach, walking along the estuary path.
