In case the guest contacts the property less than one hour before check-in closing time to make an appointment for check-in, the property reserves the right to reject such a request. Guests will receive instructions with their host number on the day of arrival. Please note that the accommodation's check-in times are very strict. A late check-in must be notified and approved by the property. If the property does not respond, it will be considered unapproved. If the guest does not check-in within the property's opening hours, the property has the right to mark the reservation as a no-show, with a full cancellation fee. Guests under 18 years old can only check-in with a parent or official guardian. Guests must present a photo ID and a credit card upon check-in.
