The apartment is on one whole floor of an old Mediterranean-style stone house. The house is an authentic stone house as they were built 300 years ago. It is charming and gives a nice feeling of nature and warmth. You are surrounded by nature with a view of the sea. You are surrounded by olive trees, orange trees, mandarin oranges, lemons, grapes, zinzula and grape vines.
Nearby, about 150m from Eva's stone house, is the Gradiste Monastery from the 13th century. The view is unreal, you can see the whole of Buljarica.
