Hello. Flight from Casablanca arrives very late at 01:05am. Is it possible to check-in at 01:30am, will be there someone at reception so late in the night? Of course we would book also the night before.

Hello dear , You can park in the front of Tin Joseph or in private adjacente place of Tin Joseph as per usual of last guests for many times with moto bikes . It safe with cameras and night watchman. By car from Marrakech to ouarzazat morning, don't hesitate to visit Ait Benhaddou Kasabah (UNESCO heritage) , via road RN9 after 108 km driving, turn left via road P1506 after 66 km you will arrive to Ait Benhaddou which is only 31 km to ouarzazat.Answered on 27 January 2024I believe you hire bikes at the hotel are they mountain bikes and do you have cycle helmets.Also what is the cost
The bikes are a city bike not mountain bikes.(only two are operating now) Tin Joseph bikes are for free for our guests but the guests can donate and 20 % of amount collected is giving to an Environment and Ecosystem protection's association.Answered on 20 February 2024
