A small house or a studio of 40m3 (1 bedroom with 2 separate beds and 1 extra mattress, 1 bathroom, kitchen and small living room with 1 sofa ), on the 3rd floor without elevator, and there are only respected neighbors, located in a popular and main area at the same time, where it's close to all amenities and all public transports are available. You'll find below some information about distances : -Big supermarket Marjane (Rabat road), McDonald's, Decathlon : 1km ( 7 min on foot) -The international Airport of Tangier Ibn-Battouta : 7km (12min-15min) -The railway station, shopping mall Tangier city center : 5km ( 10min) -Stadium Ibn-Battouta : 3km -Tangier Marina Bay : 6km Don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. *Please note that smoking is not allowed, thank you
