Good size of junior suite, clean rooms, bathroom etc. There was some leaking from the shower but they give plenty of towels.
A bidet was also available in the suite’s bathroom.
The lobby of the hotel is well decorated and spacious. The staff were friendly and the cleaner cleaned the room extremely well.
i had never seen 4 star apart-hotel without any chamber maid to clean the room, although you keep complaining more then once nothing happened, we have just been ignored all the time, after 6 days they cleaned the room with no towels bcs washing is broken, what a joke! not professionel at all
Literally on the beach ( which was fabulous by the way) this hotel was very well managed with excellent staff. Housekeeping, reception, pool and restaurant were all excellent. Certainly worth a stay.
The hotel is very clean and nice! Hassan from the reception and Miloud from the restaurant and the hotel manager/owner are extraordinarily friendly and kind!
