The luxury property is set within a large garden. The environment is very nature oriented and safe. Th house is a large upstairs house with three large bedrooms , study room , another room. Large living room and dining area and a kitchen. The large landscaped green garden with lots of big trees is amazing and relaxing.
Maleeka Muthumala is a Chartered Accountant by Profession and now retired after working 30 years in the largest tea exporting company in Sri Lanka (Akbar Brothers) and living in this house. she is very friendly and her main ambition is to treat the guests to feel the home environment and be happy. She is always available for contact.
The neighborhood is very friendly and the are so many useful places in the nearby area. Such as a very famous Eastern medicine (Ayurveda) Hospital which offers various therapies free of charge (as owned by the Govt) within 50 m of the property. In addition supermarkets, banks, restaurants, and the main bus stand to any part of the Island and railway station are also within 200 m of the property. The walking path is also nearby.
