Yufuin Country Road Youth Hostel is a completely non-smoking property with free Wi-Fi throughout, a public hot-spring bath and a multi-lingual staff. Located a 5-minute taxi ride from JR Yufuin Train Station, it offers private and dormitory-style rooms with shared bathrooms. Guests can sleep in a bunk bed or try traditional sleeping arrangements, with Japanese futon bedding on a tatami (woven-straw) floor. Toilets are shared, and bathing is done at the shared hot-spring baths. All rooms have a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, and dormitory rooms have lockers. Free tea and coffee are provided at the lounge, where you can also find a coin-operated internet PC. A coin-operated clothes washer and dryer are available. Breakfast and dinner are available at an extra cost, but must be reserved at least 1 day in advance. The menu varies daily and features a variety of cuisines.
