To use the property's free shuttle from Kawaguchiko Train Station, please make a reservation in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. The shuttle service is available between the hours of 14:30 - 19:30.

Depending on circumstances, dinner consists of either a buffet or a multi-course meal, with Japanese dishes. Guests cannot choose the meal.
