Es un hotel classic, molt ben situat, amb un jardí precios, sobre tot a la tardor , amb els canvis de color dels arbres. El personal es amable. Les habitacions son amplies. Bon esmorzar.

Les habitacions són precioses amb vistes maquíssimes, el servei de sopar i esmorzar val molt la pena per viure l’experiència Ryokan al 100%. També hi ha banys termals per relaxar-se i l’opció de reservar-ne un de privat.
L'habitació era més gran del que ens esperàvem. L'esmorzar era tradicional i molt curat i abundant. L'onsen a l'hotel també va ser un luxe. A més es veia el mont Fuji des de la finestra de l'habitació!!
Personal les 24 h i són molt amables. Autobús gratuït a disposició dels clients per anar fins a l'estació de tren. L'esmorzar és molt complet i es dóna l'opció d'esmorzar tradicional o occidental. El menjador es pot utilitzar per portar menjar de fora a l'hora de sopar. Hi ha microonnes per escalfar i cafè les 24 h.
