The Apartment has 2 bedrooms but all information, prices is for a room. Oakwood Apartment is centrally located in a very demanding central areas on Constant Spring Road. Apartment has secured entrance to the building with security doormen person manning the doors and use of electronic security card to enter. There is an elevator and staircase, and the apartment is on third floor. An outside pool on the complex available most times. One can have walk exercise around property is needed. There are very lovely views from apartment and one can go to top of roof to have breath taking view of the city and surrounding areas. There is no A/C, but the apartment is well ventilated and windy most times and fresh air is healthier. Electric fan available but if needed a portable A/C can be provided at an extra charge. There are wash areas where token can be bought for washing machine and dryer if needed. Other option is to wash in wash basin. Parking if needed is available on the complex. All guests should be responsible and ensure the standard of the complex is maintained. Portable air condition on request with additional costs to electricity. Everything is simple, furniture, as the air is to keep price low as all are facing the pandemic world crisis now.
Very kind , nice, friendly, caring, simple Retired Pharmacist and have lots knowledge in natural treatments like reflexology, massages etc and also a strong person of faith as a minister of gospel. Love to make people happy and get their best worth for their stay. Please remember i am trying to make affordable rates as we all face the pandemic world crisis. I keep things simple and not extravagant, but will try fill needs of guests if possible, if needed any additional help or items. So i will also expect in return all good qualities from guests. Again simple living in an expensive area. Please feel free to let me know what changes can be made to make comfortable stay as i am open to suggestions.
The neighborhood consists of more professional people who like good behaving respectful attitude. Because it is an apartment complex one should be mindful of the other people around so avoid loud noise and use of any illegal substance is prohibited. There are six floors and most times the place is quiet.
