Elegance, sobriety, refinement, attention to detail: these are the watchwords of our brand new apartment. A professionist architect has worked hard to create this cozy atmosphere. Like most of the historic buildings in the heart of Florence, the structure does not have a lift: you have to walk several steps to reach the apartment which is located on the second and a half floor. The facility offers: - a double room; - a livingroom with kitchen and two single beds; - design bathroom with wide shower; - a balcony equipped with sofas and coffe table. -Daily cleaning is not included -Second floor reachable with 57 steps, no elevator

Via Tornabuoni is the beating heart of the florentine fashion and luxury district. It's a wide, pedestrian street, where buildings are the most magnificent of the whole city centre. The area offers high fashion boutiques, shops and top class restaurants, and every touristic attraction and every art and historic monument (such as Duomo, Piazza della Repubblica and Piazza della Signoria) are in walking distance. Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station is only 10 minutes walk. The location is really unbeatable!
