We offer you a spacious, elegant and modern two-room apartment, completely renovated, with attention to details, a comfortable living room, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi. The small furnished terrace where you can enjoy delicious breakfasts in complete tranquillity or enjoy a candlelit dinner will make your stay pleasant. The apartment is located inside a small residence in a very quiet area with the possibility of parking your car for free but not far from the “city life” and in a few minutes’ walk from the historic centre with its shops, bars and restaurants by the lake.
We will be happy to welcome you personally to make your holiday unforgettable, always ready to help you discover the surroundings but respectful of your privacy. Michelle and Marco
In front of the apartment you'll find a gluten-free pastry-ice-cream maker and a super market is only 300 metres away . The distances to access the services are as follows: 50 metres for the lake and the cycle path that runs along it, from the sailing club, 200 metres from the equipped beach and 10 minutes by foot from the centre of the city and the weekly market. Ten minutes’ walk to the railway station and from the ferry station where the boats leave for the Borromeo Islands and the Lake Maggiore make the apartment an ideal starting-point for unforgettable excursions. At 2000 meters the Roquette’s beach has awarded itself the Blue Flag for the cleanliness of its waters. For golf enthusiasts will be able to discover 3 or 4 of the most famous golf courses from 9 to 36 holes in Piedmont and enjoy breath-taking views of Lake Maggiore.
