Property information

Nice Loft in the central area located just 10 minutes walk from the center of Milan. 70 m2 consisting of open space living room/kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is located in a very beautiful and historic building. The surrounding area is full of bars, restaurants, and many other centers of attraction. The metro is just a few minutes walk away (Porta Romana station). The Loft is very large with high ceilings and bright. It is perfect for 4 people. The bathroom is completely new with a waterfall shower. You will have access to the entire apartment. Wi-fi is free. It is possible to check in at any time thanks to the opening of the doors from a smartphone. With advance notice, you can leave your luggage in the cellar and pick it up after check out. I will always be available to you personally or via messages.

Neighbourhood information

The Porta Romana district is extremely quiet, but at the same time full of trendy restaurants, bars and shops. Very convenient for those who, for work or study, must attend Bocconi or Statale University. In fact they are both within 10 minutes. In the immediate vicinity there are also hospitals and clinics such as: Gaetano Pini Orthopedic Institute, La Madonnina nursing home, Ospedale Maggiore Policlinico. The cathedral is very close. Area full of public transport (both tram and yellow line metro). For those who want to take a walk in the center of Milan, the Duomo can easily be reached in less than 20 minutes on foot.
