Terrazzo apartment is located at max 15 minutes by foot or five minutes by car from historic centre, a magic lakefront, Villa Melzi gardens, Lido solarium and dance club, ferry, shops… a best beach and all best restauraunts. Equipped with private parking space private into a propriety & garden. A living/dining area with table, chairs and a sofa , a television and a confortable private balcony with armchairs, table & chairs.. From your private balcony a relaxing view to the garden. A fully equipped kitchenette has a combi microwave, a modern induction cooking system, a refrigerator/freezer. In the sleeping area a double bed and wardrobe space. There is a bathroom with wc, hair dryer and a large shower. The apartment is provided with air conditioner, wifi free, At second floor of your building there is a solarium with 2 deckchairs, a romantic wiew to the mountains around and a partial lake view.
