Located in a strategic position just 300 meters from the historic center in a quiet residential area a stone's throw from the lake, the apartment is on the ground floor surrounded by greenery in a villa with garden and private parking space; ideal structure for couples and families but also suitable for business stays. The accommodation has a living room with flat-screen satellite TV and free wifi, fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hob, toaster, coffee machine and kettle; the housing unit has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with walk-in shower and hydromassage tub and is equipped with sheets, bathrobes, towels and bathroom kit. The exclusive outdoor relaxation area, overlooking the mountains, is directly accessible from the lounge and offers sun loungers, umbrellas, chairs and garden table. You will have city bikes at your disposal for pleasant trips on the area's cycle paths. In the immediate vicinity you can find bars, restaurants, shops and an e-bike rental service. All the most beautiful beaches and the famous Ponale, Bastione and Santa Barbara paths are also easily reachable.
