Despite the weather, we loved our stay. The property is super clean and the room was beautiful. The balcony gave an awesome view of the lake. The staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast was great with an added bonus of sparkling wine! Would definitely recommend.

The village is a lovely place but it shuts down for autumn.
The village is a lovely place but it shuts down for autumn. When we were there in early November there were no restaurants open, just a couple of cafes during the weekend daytimes. The accommodation has a hob so we cooked for ourselves one night. There were many restaurants open in Riva del Garda, 10k away, but a lot of them were closing for the following six weeks until Christmas.
Don't forget your swimming gear; we went for a swim in the lake one morning.
Also, there is a nice walk towards Rive del Garda but beware; the footpath isn't complete so you cannot walk all the way there.

I loved Limone Sul Garda; it was beautiful! However, be very aware of the terrain. You may reconsider if moving up and down steep hills and steps is difficult. Access to boat ferries was easy and made for a wonderful opportunity to see the beauty of Limone Sul Garda from the water.

The city has a wonderful location by the lake Garda and offers exceptional conditions for bikers and water sports fans. The bike path guarantees unforgettable panoramic views on the beautiful lake. The city provides intimate atmosphere and is recommended when you want to relax and admire the views, especially when your are exhausted after a day spent cycling, swimming or doing antything tiresome. It helps you catch your breath and enjoy the spot, the food and the people.

Very pretty little town.
Very pretty little town. We avoided it during the day as so busy with day trippers coming in on the ferry. By 6pm all day trippers gone and relatively quiet. Typical old Italian town - lots of pretty narrow streets. The best thing about Limone is the restaurants- if you do your research and go to the top rated ones they are excellent - every meal we had was outstanding.

I love Limone sul Garda. It is the 3rd time I have visited. There are some lovely hotels to stay in. I especially love hotel Limone & hotel Mercedes. I am sure there are others though! I have just left on Friday 15th September. The weather was wonderful. I used the ferries a lot e.g Malcesine & Riva del Garda both lovely places to visit. Limone has a lovely old town with plenty of restaurants & bars for every price range & lots of little designer shops-especially shoes. I still have not seen it all. I especially loved the Bufallo restaurant where I ate kangaroo steak-first time ever. It was amazing food! It has a lovely waterfront & there are cycling trails around the area for the more active. I stayed at hotel Splendid as well- a lovely 4* hotel with 2 pools & a gym. I really love this town-its great! :)

Beautiful location right in the centre of Limone Sul Garda. Lovely, clean room overlooking the lake. The staff were helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Erol, Dina and the whole team were excellent. Breakfast was also nicely presented and the restaurant was good, great pizza, as well as the sister restaurant a short walk away which was exceptional.
Everything was really nice and comfortable. Very spacious appartment with everything you need. Very clean. Stunning view over Limone and the lake. Very nice owner. It was really nice with the access to the pool in the hotel across the road. Will definitely be back.
