Fossatun Camping Pods offer accommodation in wooden camping pods in Fossatún, in the West Iceland Region. Free WiFi is available in commune areas and shared outdoor hot tubs are accessible. Five different camping pods are available., all insulated and heated. Guests must bring their own sleeping bags and camping gear, or rent a bed linen package with sheets, pillow, duvet and towel. There are also three shared equipped kitchen and dining houses and a special sitting room, House of Fun. Access to a washing machine and clothes dryer is available for a surcharge. A free private parking place is provided next to each pod. The restaurant features a vinyl collection with over 3000 records and guests can make requests to staff for their favorites during dinner. The nearest town is Borgarnes, 22 km away. Snæfellsnes Peninsula is 103 km from the property, while Thingvellir National Park is 67 km away.
