The location is exceptional. I visited Taj Madikeri during rain season and I found this experience unique and amazing. Food was delicious with local varieties. I tried extra programmes like hiking, forest walk and local guides were great and knowledgeable. I learnt a lot and enjoyed.

There is a lot to see there's a lot to buy and it's all pretty unique in itself. And if one is coming from a metro city, then it would be quite a bliss, the main Madikeri areas .

Nice place nestled in nature. The places to see are constantly repeated in most travel web sites and blogs. The highlight was the visit to the golden temple at Kushalnagar and the drive to talacauvery temple. Raja seats was crowded, so was the market. The weather was mostly pleasant. Would recommend a two day stay to see everything in Madikeri as well as Kushalnagar. Don’t forget to indulge in local cuisine while at Madikeri from Coorg Cuisine .

Madikeri is a great place to be laid back and chill out.
Madikeri is a great place to be laid back and chill out. It is a good escape from city environments and plan to stay for 1 day if single or couple or a couple of days if a group, in case you already visited the tourist spots. If you have not, you can cover it all in a maximum of 3 days, unless you wish to relax more.

This property is in the heart of Madikeri. It is fresh, airy and it gives you a homely feeling. It is maintained very well and it is extremely clean. Host Pradeep and his wife are gracious hosts, I was overwhelmed by their hospitality. They are very good people, they helped us with sight seeing and also helped in booking jeep for Mandalpatti view point. I would recommend this place to every one who likes to stay at home stays.
This place is also very budget friendly.
Had a really pleasant stay. Owners are extremely cordial, sweet and helpful. Great food made by aunty with a lot of love. Location is beautiful, but 5 kms away from Madikeri town. So having your own vehicle is best scenario. My vodafone network did not work at all. So pls take Jio/airtel sim if you are planning to stay here. They are working on putting up a good wifi network. Apart from the network issue everything else was just great!

We stayed in this hotel for a few nights along with my family and had a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to solve any problems. Very family-friendly, will recommend it to anyone who is visiting this city to stay in this hotel. Though breakfast had limited options, overall it was satisfying.
