Modern apartment in central TLV, near Rothschild Blvd and Neve Tzedek and just a short walk from the beach. This stylish 34 sqm space offers comfort and convenience. It features a small dining table and a flat-screen TV. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a stovetop, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. A comfortable double bed awaits in the sleeping area, accompanied by a modern bathroom with a shower and provided toiletries. Amenities include free Wi-Fi and ample storage. Important - Israeli residents are subject to an additional 17% VAT. Non-Israeli residents are not subject to VAT. For compliance reasons, you will be asked to send a valid passport photo and your tourist visa (B2, B3, or B4) upon your arrival- Entry stamp/ Slip ‏ If the B2 entry visa (Stamp/Slip) is not presented, 17% VAT will be added to the total cost of the reservation.
