This flat is a unique pearl and it has a stunning view overlooking the shore of Keszthely. It is located right at the lake, in a 5-star newly built apartment house, Royal Homes. The beach, the restaurants, the port is all in walking distance. It has two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed, and another one with a closable double bed. The sofa in the living room can also be opened to a double bed for two children or two smaller adults. The kitchen is American style (one space with the living room), fully equipped, including a dishwasher, microwave, a boiler and a coffee machine. The flat offers free wifi and one Television. There is a 28m2 private balcony, with a jacuzzi, convenient outdoor furniture and two deck chairs. The heating system and the air conditioning is built with renewable energy. Note: this house is newly built, and they still have some small works on the third level - where the flat is situated - on the public sun-bathing terrace. As a result of this, the elevator is closed on this level, so you need to depart it at level 2 and climb the stairs to level 3. This renovation is not effecting living inside the apartement, though our current prices are set for lower.
