Family House Villa Gyra is an elegant blend of modern and Dalmatian charm. Inside, you'll find high-quality wooden furniture and natural wood parquet flooring. The well-equipped kitchen features Bosch appliances, including a washing machine, juicer, and spiralizer oven. The house includes a traditional Dalmatian smokehouse with an open fireplace and a 100-year-old handmade oak table. Stay active in the gym with multifunctional exercise machines. Outside, a beautiful garden surrounds the inviting 8x4.5m swimming pool. Guests can relax on two spacious terraces with lovely views. Enjoy free private parking with video surveillance and WiFi access. A gaming room with Play Station 5 ensures entertainment for all. Each room offers a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and cozy seating. The property is close to Podstrana Grljevac Beach (800 meters) and conveniently accessible from Split Airport (25 km). Family House Villa Gyra is a true luxury retreat, with airport transport available upon request. Traditional Dalmatian dishes can also be prepared upon request.

Podstrana, a small town in Croatia near Split-Dalmatia County, has a population of 9,129 inhabitants.
