The advantage of our facility compared to other facilities in the immediate vicinity is reflected in the fact that it is suitable for families with several members, because each unit in our facility has the capacity to accommodate a maximum of 6 guests, which eliminates the need for a family of six to rent two units. (for example 2 studio apartments), which makes us maximally more competitive in price than other options with smaller capacities at the very start. Our facility with 4 accommodation units can accommodate up to 24 people at once. Each of our units is about 50 square meters (not including the area of ​​balconies and terraces), which gives the impression of exceptional spaciousness and comfort. All our dining rooms are extremely comfortable for 6 people at the table, while the spaciousness of the bedrooms and bathrooms is also quite satisfactory. Each unit has its own free air conditioning, and is available for pets. We can boast of the fact that the drinking water quality level in the facility is extremely high, so there is no need to spend money on bottled water. The beach is about 150 meters from the property, with completely free access, without restrictions or possible inconveniences. All balconies and terraces in our facility are protected from direct exposure to the sun's rays, which is an extremely convenient circumstance in the hot summer period. The kitchens are well equipped with everything you need to prepare and cook quality and healthy meals. Upon your request, we can accommodate some additional kitchen aids and appliances, so that your menu is not limited to traditional food preparation only. In the lobby of the building itself, we offer a covered open dining room with a main table for eight people, with an additional possibility of expansion, which includes a beautiful fireplace for grill, baking lid or else, then a sink with heated water, and a refrigerated display case for storing wine and other drinks.
