Mobile home by far exceeded my expectations. Currently brand new, very spacious, 2 separate bathrooms and all equipment one might need. More than enough room to park. Also, beach is like a minute away, you can dock a boat if you have one (we had 3 jet-skis). Larger supermarket is a minute away by car and 3 restaurants + small store is a couple minutes walk away. Outdoor pool was great.

The apartment is beautiful. Well equipped with everything you could need on vacation. The location of the apartment is excellent, the morning view of the sea with coffee is indescribable. The owner is great, approachable, ready to jump in and help. Near the apartment is a shop for everyday needs, a cafe with ok prices, a pleasant atmosphere and good music. Pašman (and Ugljan) are beautiful, and in combination with this kind of accommodation, they provide an unforgettable experience of rest and enjoyment. 10/10.

We went for Xmas and New Year - with nobody around - totally...
We went for Xmas and New Year - with nobody around - totally in the off season. I think there were no more than a handful of tourists on the entire island. Well, we got what we wanted, zero crowds, zero stress, restaurants mostly closed. It was a bit chilly at times but nothing a light jacket can't remedy. And the little wooded stove is just perfect to keep the place nice and warm even in the middle of winter.
The house is quite far from town on a gravel road, about 20 min, wouldn't recommend the road for a low sports car but any normal car will do just fine if you drive carefully.

Breathtaking location right next to the crystal clear sea. Wild garden with cacti, agave and olive trees is truly an amazing remedy for sore eyes - big old pine tree with never ending orchestra of cicadas right behind the beach offers amazing shadow throughout the day. We especially loved the open kitchen and the sea-view terrace in front of the house - perfect for spending leisure time in the evenings.
A place I like to return to every year. Perfect quiet, house right on the private beach and super clean sea. Almost like paradise. To all who want to relax in peace, I recommend you to try
