Villa Nona Kapona is a magnificent country house set in a magical position in the middle of a large olive grove. It is a modern interpretation of an old Istrian country house that offers the peace, relaxation and luxury you need for a perfect vacation. The pool has dimensions of 12x6 m. On the ground floor there is a large, fully equipped kitchen connected to the dining room and living room, all equipped with a lot of style to create an attractive space, bathed in natural light. From there you have access to a spacious covered terrace for unforgettable family meals in the natural green surroundings of Istria. Stairs lead from the entrance hall to the higher level where there are three bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom has a balcony with spectacular views of the Istrian landscape, the town of Tar and the Adriatic Sea on the horizon. Enjoy an unforgettable vacation at home that will meet all your expectations for a relaxing holiday.

Neighborhood info

Town Tar-Torre is settled next to the main road connecting Poreč and Novigrad. This is a fertile plateau, which on one side slopes towards the sea and on the other towards the mouth of the Mirna River. This location offers a spectacular view towards Novigrad in the north and Poreč in the south. On a lear, sunny day you can see the Alps and from the top of Tar bell tower even Venice. This region is famed for its exceptional olive oil. Experts have declared that the finest olive oil in Europe comes from these very parts, from Larun olive groves below Tar-Torre. In the summer months the place is filled with tourists all attracted by untouched nature and clear sea on the peninsula Lanterna, the famous tourist center with a lot of entertainment for visitors. The owners of Villa Valtrazza have a long tradition in tourism, agriculture, fishing and olive oil production.
