Large house ( 330 m2) placed on large plot (25000 m2) just 30 minutes from Trogir . This beautiful old, authentic stone built and renovated house is ideal for season or pre/post season vacation. It has large heated pool ( 9,5 x 4,5 m) with large sun terrace (fully equipped). It can accommodate up to 14 people in 6 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms ( 3 shower, 2 bath) and 2 large living rooms. It has fully equipped large kitchen. House is equipped with tv, audio and video equipment ( dvd, cd, audio receiver, sat receiver, game console). You can use our bikes, sport courts for basketball, football, table tennis, badminton, volleyball, bocce court, billiard... It is ideal for large groups of people (or up to 3 families) that want to spend nice, calm and fulfilled vacation in absolute private and nature friendly countryside. Long walks, gardening and cycling are ideal for our guests among more than 500 planted fruit trees, olives and vine yards. House is situated just 25 minutes from sea and in the middle part of Dalmatian hinterland, just 30 minutes from Šibenik, Split , Trogir and Krka river.
As land owner we provide to our guests not only accommodation but also our production of food and drinks, that are offered to them on site. We offer all sorts of services to them (excursions, car rental, boat rental....).
House is situated just 25 minutes from sea and in the middle part of Dalmatian hinterland, just 30 minutes from Šibenik, Split , Trogir and Krka river and that makes this house ideal place for vacation on site but also ideal for Daily excursions to nearby towns .
