A must-have design flat, which consists of 2 large double bedrooms, a roomy living room with 55” smart TV, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, WC and a cute balcony. Although newly refurbished, this 140m2 deluxe flat still retains its classic features, including high ceilings and wooden floors. It is fully air-conditioned and unlimited access to the Internet is provided. Situated in the area Kolonaki of the centre of Athens and 300m away from the Panepistimio Metro Station.
We love meeting and interacting with people from all over the world. We will be happy to assist you with anything that may come up during your trip. Someone will always be available to help you should something unexpected occur.
Kolonaki is considered an elite area of the centre of Athens, which is surrounded by interesting markets, cafes, restaurants and bars. Here you will find all the amenities you may need, such as super markets, banks, post-office, private parking spaces, taxi ranks, pharmacies, gyms, beauty-salons, etc. With less than a 5 minute walk (300m) from the Panepistimio Metro Station, accessibility to all major attractions of the centre of Athens becomes even more easier, although most of these are within walking distance which we highly recommend (between 500m and 2km). The area of Panepistimio Station, a very lively area during the day as a business sector, is also frequently visited due to the classic buildings of the National Kapodistrian University of Athens, the Old Public Library and the Old Hellenic Parliament.
