Le Domaine de Bérard est situé dans la commune de Sainte-Anne, il offre un cadre riche et naturel bercé par les alizés avec piscine et salle de sport . – A 10 minutes de la plus belle plage de la Guadeloupe, la plage de Sainte-Anne, plage de sable blanc, mer bleu caraïbe (ski nautique, planche à voile, scooters des mers) – A 5 minutes des plages de bois-jolan et du hélleux, sites naturels et protégés. – A 3 minutes d’un centre commercial (commerces, pharmacie, médecin, bureau de poste). L’environnement proche dévoile de nombreux atouts naturels dont les grands-fonds au relief vallonné dans une nature luxuriante. Des moulins à vent, éléments du patrimoine sucrier,évoquent l’histoire de l’île, une distillerie, son moulin et sa cabane à rhum sont à visiter à 10 minutes.

Les bungalows sont implantés sur un site naturel;bien ventilé..et surtout calme..A 3 mn, en voiture, se trouve un ensemble commercial (supermarché; boulangerie..pharmacie...).Ils se situent, à mi chemin entre St François; Le Moule et Ste-Anne ( à 10 mn des centres villes)...les plages les plus proches sont à 5 mn (Bois-Jolan;Le Helleux)...La plage de Ste-Anne est l'une des plus belles de la Guadeloupe...différentes activités nautiques sont proposées.
