Nothing. Very old building, dirty appliances, shower didn’t work properly, no toiletries at all, 1 roll of toilet paper, no tissues available, terrace very dirty, etc….

We loved the atmosphere, friendly people and good food. We saw interesting architecture, visited a great museum (Memorial Acte) and best of all, everyone we met was very friendly and happy to talk to us (in French).
I just want to let you guys that I was defrauded because no room was offered on my getting there at the hotel I was told that it was cancelled which was strange because you guy sent me a confirmation email I was thrown out of the hotel without any support of any other hotel left on my own in danger on the street of Guadeloupe all I need now is a full refund of every penny taken out of my account please 🙏
The apartment is very central, a few minutes' walk to the busiest areas of Pointe-a-Pitre. It has a spacious enclosed balcony, good sized living room and bedroom, well equipped kitchen and nicely renovated bathroom with elegant design features. It's on the first floor of a solid and secure building and close to transport, two supermarkets and local restaurants.
The staff was nice. We got a bit lost as there's no indication from the streets where the hotel is - which makes sense as we didn't end staying at the adress indicated on the website. We didn't have any issues with the WIFI while there either. The room was impeccably clean and air conditioning worked.
The continental breakfast was the best I’ve ever had, and the building has been renovated in such a cool way. The host, Naomi, was probably the most friendly and accommodating hotel staff I’ve ever had the pleasure meeting.
It was impossible to find the property. The street shown in my booking Marcel Gargar 12, 97110 Pointe-à-Pitre, Guadeloupe does not exist. Not even local taxi driver could find it.
