A modern and spacious apartment is located in the center of Batumi, in the ORBI CITY complex. In walking distance there is a new boulevard and the sea, as well as a variety of restaurants and cafes. The apartment has a balcony with a beautiful view of the Black sea. The studio has a bathroom, AC, Kitchenette, kettle, microwave, TV and Wi-Fi. The building has 24-hour reception, security, video surveillance and street parking.
