ჩვენი სტუმრის სახლი მდებარეობს თბილისის ერთ-ერთ კოლორიტულ უბანში, ჩუღურეთში. გვაქვს 4 ორადგილიანი ნომერი. ყველა ნომერში არის საჭირო ჭურჭელი და ელექტრო ჩაიდანი. აბაზანა-ტუალეტი საერთოა მხოლოდ 2-2 ნომრისათვის. ჩვენგან 7-8 წუთის სავალზეა ცენტრალური რკინიგზის სადგური, რომელიც ქალაქის სატრანსპორტო კვანძია. აქ არის აეროპორტიდან მომდინარე 337 ნომერი ავტობუსის ბოლო გაჩერებაც. Наш гостевой дом расположен в Чугурети, одном из колоритных районов Тбилиси. У нас есть 4 двухместных номера. Все номера оснащены посудой и электрическим чайником. Ванная-туалет общая только на 2-2 номера. Центральный железнодорожный вокзал, который является транспортным узлом города, находится в 7-8 минутах ходьбы от нас. Здесь же находится конечная остановка автобуса № 337 из аэропорта

ქალაქის ის რაიონი, სადაც ჩვენი სტუმრის სახლი მდებარეობს, ერთ-ერთ ძველ უბნად ითვლება. პარალელურ ქუჩაზე მდებარეობს ყველაზე ცნობილი ქართველი მხატვრის ნიკო ფიროსმანის მუზეუმი. 7 წუთის სავალზეა ე.წ. სიყვარულის სასახლე, 8 წუთია საჭირო, რომ მიხვიდეთ ქალაქის ერთ-ერთ ულამაზეს გამზირზე, რომელიც დავით აღმაშენებლის სახელს ატარებს. Район города, где находится наш гостевой дом, одинь из старих районв города. На параллельной улице находится музей самого известного грузинского художника Нико Фиросмани. в 7 минутах от нас находиться Дворец Любви, за 8 минут можно добраться до одного из самых красивых проспектов города имени Давида Агмашенебели.
