Reviewers before me have often mentioned the great hosts here, and they certainly are terrific at the guest house katia. Attentive, yet not intrusive; they respond to your questions or needs ASAP. The hostess is charming, indefatigable, and caring to all. (She is a rare breed, an exceptional innkeeper). The rooms are clean. The hot water shower is reliably hot, which is not always the case in this region! You will be living on the second floor of a family home. There are three guest rooms situated around a common kitchen with a table, refrigerator, sink, microwave. The host’s stove is available on the first floor
if you prefer to cook more.
I slept well, (it’s a bonus when traveling), and the windows in my room were soundproofed. I had a quiet neighbor in the next guest room during my long stay, which helped maintain a peaceful atmosphere, but that’s simply the luck of the draw. There were a few noisy guests from time to time, to be sure. The hostess shares her homemade food with guests when there’s extra, and that was definitely a treat :) The hosts will do your laundry for you.

I cannot say enough about the hospitality and professionalism of this property. Each day our host, Khatunah checked in with us to see what time we wanted breakfast. The food was above normal and all homemade. We got to experience authentic Georgian cuisine with her scrumptious cooking. Khatunah and her family were so helpful, when we arrived at the property to discover we had left money and important documents in Batumi. Her daughter kicked into gear, contacting the previous hotel and arranging for our money to be email transferred to us! We were so concerned and Khatunah said “you are our guests and we will take care of you”. The property was exceptionally clean and I cannot recommend it enough. This will be my go to accomodation when visiting Tblisi again.

I had a great time in Tbilisi Downtown Guest House. It is very close to the city center of Tbilisi. Metro station is about 15 minutes by walk. Guesthouse is located in nice and safe district. Funicular to Mtatsminda Park in Tbilisi is just around the corner. Hosts are very friendly and helpful people.
Spacious room, great location in a private area, not far from the city center. Nino and Maria are great hosts, very kind, polite, and responsive to the guests. Fantastic view from the upper floor, where you can enjoy the breakfasts and coffee. Don't forget to try their vine.
The apartment is very neat and comfortable, has everything you need for a long stay. Location is also very nice, quiet and close to the city center. Sergei is a great host, he was friendly and always in touch. We really enjoyed our stay here!
I looked for that kind of scenary and have found it astounding! Besides the quiet city center, far from busy city life, and located high on the hill, that's clean modern balconied room with high-speed WiFi and good enough facilities for living me. There are very inviting, hospital, and charming the host and the neightbours. So that's unsuprising but after initial plan, I decided to stay longer
I enjoyed modern and comfortable apartment, it was fully equipped, had very nice interior and the balcony with square park view. The area around was completely residential and haven't found good restaurants nearby but the delivery worked well and it was fast and cheap to get to the city center by taxi. Gela was a great host, truly recommended!
Exactly what I expected and even better. The hosts were quite friendly and at the same time very polite and respected personal space. The place is a bit far from the city center but very quiet and taxi are anyway cheap.
