Квартира расположена в самом центре Тбилиси, недалеко от главной артерии Старого Города – улицы Котэ Абхази (ранее Леселидзе), которая соединяет Мейдани с площадью Свободы. Эта часть города не слишком полируется, и сохраняет эту удивительную атмосферу старого города с потрескавшимися стенами старых зданий, и, выцветавшими десятилетиями, шелушащимися слоями краски. Страрые дома со склоняющимися балконами, старыми деревянными дверьми, ведущими во дворы, хранящие семейные биографии и истории. Эта страна и город – уникальная точка соприкосновения восточной и западной цивилизаций на протяжении веков и по сегодняшний день, и, пожалуй, в этом главная особенность Тбилиси, то за чем сюда стоит ехать.

My apartment is not big, but rather cozy. Despite the affordable price, the apartment has autonomous steam heating, air conditioning, cable TV, wireless internet. Guests will not need to use transport, as all the sights are within walking distance. The apartment is located in the very center of Tbilisi, not far from the main artery of the Old City - Kote Abkhazi Street (formerly Leselidze), which connects Meidani with Freedom Square. This part of the city is not too polished, and it retains thlls of old buildings, and, faded for decades, flaky layers of paint.
