Please note that although the 1Life leisure facilities are free of charge, the spa facilities including the outdoor Hydrotherapy pool incur an additional charge for a 3 hour session and booking prior to arrival is required.

On arrival, please proceed to The Waterfront Hotel, Spa & Golf, the receptionist will then advise you of the location of your accommodations.
Children may use the leisure center indoor pool only during family swim times.
Breakfast is served from 07:00 - 09:00 weekdays, and 08:00 - 10:00 weekends and bank holidays.
Please note the property does not allow group bookings of more than 9 rooms.
The Waterfront Hotel does not accept third party payments or advance payments within 3 days of arrival.
Please note the Gravel Pit Brasserie and Bar is closed from 1pm on the 31st December as we prepare for our New Years Eve Gala which is exclusive to guests booked on to this package.
