Offering sea views, The Waters Edge is an accommodation located in Lee-on-the-Solent, 700 metres from Browndown Point Beach and 2.6 km from Stokes Bay Beach. This beachfront property offers access to free WiFi and free private parking. The property is non-smoking and is situated 18 km from Port Solent. The guest house is equipped with a flat-screen TV. Our modern beach-front, room-only accommodation, with floor to ceiling windows boasts stunning views over the Solent to the Isle of Wight. Free parking directly in front of your own private entrance. Your room offers a king size bed with luxury linen & towels, an en-suite shower room, flat screen TV & free WIFI, a hair dryer, iron & ironing board are also included with beverage making facilities with a wide selection of teas and coffees. Close proximity to both HMS COLLINGWOOD and HMS SULTAN. We have put into place a number of extra measures to ensure you can stay safety with us i.e enhanced cleaning between guests, including complimentary hand sanitiser and cleaner and no one will enter your room during your stay and a key safe ensures that our guests can check in out of hours.
It is of the utmost importance that our guests enjoy their stay, we live on site and will be available to help our guests as much or as little as required. We are happy to advise on where the best restaurants, pubs, shops etc are located.
