The Singlecote Hotel is the only property and we have only been established since 2023, however the hotel has been running for many years.

Property info

Area attractions, including Hildreds Shopping Centre and the broad Skegness Beach are located only a short walk from this 3-star Singlecote Hotel. The pet-friendly hotel features Wi-Fi provided throughout the property. Skegness Butlins is 25 minutes walk of the family owned property, while the seafront Skegness Aquarium is set in 450 metres away. This Skegness hotel has a central location close to the beach. The open - air Church Farm Museum is 2.2 km away. Singlecote Hotel features 6 rooms equipped with a TV as well as coffee and tea making equipment. Guests can also use a bath and a shower along with amenities like towels. Each room has a hairdryer, iron & ironing board and complementary toiletries. Unfortunately there is no onsite parking but there is street parking for disabled guests and several car parks nearby. Some rooms have capacity for a cot (free of charge), just message when booking, these are the king room 2, the family (quad) room 8 and the quadruple room 10. Sample Asian and Chinese specialities at De Bao Chinese Restaurant located at 50 metres from the property. Skegness train station is 950 metres away.
