The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner daily. The menu showcases natural and flavorful food. Tasting menus are available for a journey through the careful concoction of different tastes, textures and techniques at the Scarlet restaurant. Scarlet Spa’s an eco spa featuring a indoor pool, outdoor natural reed pool, clifftop cedar wood sauna, restorative steam room and wide views of the blue Atlantic. Treatments take place in tented, lantern-lit rooms and include stillness afterwards in the deep relaxation room’s suspended cocoon pods. Merlin Golf Club and Driving Range is a 5-minute drive away, and Newquay can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Padstow is within a 20-minute drive and Newquay Cornwall Airport is a 7-minute drive from the building.
