A superb modern well appointed detached annexe space, positioned in the grounds of a detached family residence in a quiet village location between Preston & Blackpool. The accommodation has been recently refurbished throughout and offers a quiet welcoming stay, ideal for those visiting the area or working locally. With gated secure off road parking. Ideally positioned on the Fylde Coast within easy reach of local amenities, and the popular seaside locations of Lytham St Anne's & Blackpool.
The host resides in the family residence within the grounds and is on hand to provide assistance relating to the accommodation when required at home.
A quiet village location with the accommodation within walking distance of local shops, pubs and restaurants. The Ship Inn is approximately 100 metres away. The building is believed to be the Fylde’s oldest pub. It was first licensed in 1677 but is believed to date back to the 14th century, making it the oldest pub in the Fylde. Within walking distance of local bus routes. A 3 mile drive to the nearest train station in Kirkham. Local taxi firms available.
