Great light airy spacious self catering Duplex flat with stairs down to the bedrooms, each have French doors leading onto the decked courtyard, Sun is at the front of the property in the mornings & in the garden in the afternoon, flat is bigger than photos show, open plan lounge, dining room & kitchen, All facilities that you need, large 48inch smart Tv, netflix, Bluetooth speaker, picnic box, all cooking facilities, dishwasher, travel cot, highchair, stairgate, babies bath. Tassimo coffee machine, caffiterie With ground coffee, tea box with selection of single teas. A full English breakfast supplied for your first morning, I will leave it in the fridge for you to cook, let me know if you have any special dietary requirements. All bedding & towels provided, (please bring your own beach towels).Bedrooms & bathroom Are downstairs, Complimentary shower gel & shampoo, bedrooms have French doors onto decked courtyard garden. 15-20 min walk to beach, beautiful walks close by & some fabulous Norfolk beaches to visit. Dogs are welcome, small charge For pet stay. Can advise best places to walk with them if needed, Cromer is very dog friendly

The area is called Suffield park, which is a quiet residential area. There is a Chinese take away & fish & chip shop just down the road, bus stop just a few yards from The Bakery, post office & shops on Mill road which is just around the corner. Golf about 10 min walk or short drive, children’s playground on the same road, beach 15-20 walk & Cromer pier a must see is around 25 min walk or park your car & look around the lovely town. Norfolk has so much to offer..come & see for yourself
