This mid terrace cottage offers you the perfect location- The homes rear yard, back gate gives access to a public path which can take you into Chester city centre in just over a mile. Chester train station can be found in just 0.7miles from the property's front door. 2miles to Chester's famous racecourse. 0.5miles away from Waitrose or Aldi. And 2.5miles from Chester's biggest golf courses. Guests at the holiday home will be able to enjoy activities in and around Chester, such as kayaking/paddle boarding on the river Dee (a stone throw away) and cycling along Chester canal. There are a variety of delicious restaurants/pubs suit all within walking distance including Chester markets that are particularly stunning during the Christmas season (Nov-Jan). Situated just outside of the Chester walls, the ground floor comprises a lounge with a cosy feature fireplace and boasting rare views of the River Dee. You just take few steps upwards into this bespoke kitchen diner, the kitchen itself includes a washer and dryer, fridge freezer and cooker (with hob) and all cooking essentials.
Welcome to my holiday home. I live just outside of Chester itself and occupy my time as a full time Athlete. I fell in love with this property due to it’s ideal location and interior. I am happy to keep in contact with all guests that stay at the holiday home to help answer any questions that you may have throughout your stay, equally respect that some guests appreciate no interference.
