It's hard to believe that this chic, spacious 2 bedroom townhouse was once the old railway cottage, built in 1916 to house the workers building the English railway. In 2017 we renovated our home to an exceptional standard introducing a brand new kitchen, heated floors, skylights and a bi-folding door. Perfectly located just a short walk from the Historic City Centre and College Grounds and under a 5 minute walk to Oxford Station. Originally owned by the Church of England the old railway cottage was built in 1916 to house the workers building the English railway. In 2017 this house was beautifully renovated to an exceptional standard creating a modern spacious townhouse. This beautiful old house stands opposite the old Osney Power Station which was Oxford's first power plant open between 1892 and 1968. Most places are walking distance however there is a bus stop nearby as well as the train station (5 min walk) which can take you directly to London or Bicester Village.
