Nothing! This hotel is tired and run down! The bathroom was like something from the 70’s and the room itself was basic to say the least. Avoid this place at all costs

The most popular Wales seaside resort, Llandudno covers a peninsula with 2 sandy coastlines. The North Shore’s wide Victorian promenade is lined with period buildings which now house seafront hotels and guest houses. The beach itself stretches all the way between the Little Orme and Great Orme headlands, passing an outdoor swimming pool.
A historic tram climbs to the peak of Great Orme, where Bronze Age copper mines can be visited. The top is also reachable by cable car from Happy Valley, a recreation area with gardens and an artificial ski slope.
A road runs around the base of the headland passing the historic Grand Hotel, a property available on Booking.com and overlooking the Grade II-listed pier – the longest in Wales. The West Shore is much less developed and the Maesdu Golf Course forms most of its shoreline.
Of course, Llandudno has its fair share of traditional seaside pursuits such as donkey rides and fish and chip shops.
The town also has a modern retail park near the train station and Venue Cymru event centre, and wrought-iron canopies shade smaller shops along Mostyn Avenue, Broadway and Street. The latter - Mostyn Street - is effectively the high street and becomes brightly decorated during the Victorian carnival in May.

Been to Llandudno on many occasions with my partner for short 2/3 trips, lovely area and plenty of things to keep you occupied,
Decent pubs and restaurants, but strongly advise people to book at restaurants as they are very busy and walk ins are not always possible.

We visited because our daughter was performing in a show, Songs from the Musicals. We would have loved to have stayed longer but could only spend one day there as we had to drive home to Edinburgh the following day as we had arranged for central heating to be replaced the day after.

Llandudno has lots of attractions which are mostly based at the end of the beach by the pier. Once you are at that end of the beach, there is so much to do from exploring the shops to going to the top of the Great Orme. We went up by tram and came down on the cable car. The pier is very lively and the boat rides around the bay are excellent.

We live about 30 miles away and enjoy staying overnight on our two day trips to the area. The town and the area has so much to offer without mentioning anything specifically. One can find anything to criticize but Llandudno has so much variety which is the reason we come here so often.

We had last visited Llandudno some 40 years ago.
We had last visited Llandudno some 40 years ago. We were not sure what to expect after visiting many other seaside towns across the UK and find them run-down, strewn with litter, little to do/see and lots of empty/closed-down stores. To our surprise and delight we found Llandudno to be clean, generally well-maintained and with lots to do during the day and various events in evenings. We also found Llandudno an excellent centre to travel out from to other places of interest within a 75 minute radius. The town also has several very good places to eat out for lunch/dinner. Apart from a busy main street shopping area new close-by retail centres with big store names should satisfy any shopaholic. Great, wide and long promenade with a long and busy pier. We were very pleased that we had made the decision to spend a week based in Llandudno.
Comfortable, spacious and clean. Close to both main promenade and also West Shore. Dog friendly as well. Bed very comfortable and the bedroom is a great size. We were able to park directly outside the apartment which was helpful. Communication from the owner was good with any questions answered promptly.
Have stayed in some fab hotels in Llandudno ..St George's, The Merrion, The Imperial to name a few however in terms of value for money - this apartment is great especially when you compare it against what else you could get for that price.
Now what a surprise 😁
We had been given a double sea view Room on arrival (ROOM NO:110) with a large bay window. It was great for watching the annual LLandudno Fireworks (Sunday 29.10.2023) plus the room was clean as was the bathroom with clean fresh bed linen and towels. And to top it off we had a coffee ☕ machine all for the bargain price of £31.00!!!. The hotel is located a little bit out of town but that's no problem. As it's a nice walk along the promenade ..!
welcoming staff on arrival, family room with a sea view, nighttime entertainment was good, hotel was clean threw out, one bonus was the heated swimming pool that’s was included in the room rate. breakfast was £10 adults £5 kids all cooked breakfast buffet, cereal and fruit available to eat. Definitely would recommend for family’s and we will be returning again when we visit Llandudno.
It's an older promenade hotel that has been well maintained. I was pleased, as a single traveller, to be allocated a room with sea view. The room was clean and the water was hot. Situated in a very convenient part of Llandudno. The staff were friendly and efficient, especially the breakfast team.
The breakfast was the best I have had in any hotel.
All the staff were lovely and helpful.
The room was pleasant and beds comfortable.
The Location was amazing and we had a sea view too
Things to do in Llandudno, kept us busy for 4 days.
