Very modern and fully refurbished in August 2024. Have fun with the family or enjoy quiet and peaceful time working from home or returning to relax at this modern and stylish home. Very easy commute to Leeds and surrounding West Yorkshire towns. Quiet street and lovely neighbourhood with far reaching views. Stroll to the nearby park for a walk or into town for lots of eating options.
I am an adventurous person with an eye for detail. I enjoy travelling and visiting places of interest. The one requirement I have for accommodation is a clean property. Whether that is in the property I stay at or in the property I host. I am available to communicate and offer assistance throughout the stay. I will be available through the airbnb messages. Cleaner is also available on call for emergencies.
Quiet neighbourhood with friendly neighbours. Road is only used by traffic from people living on the street. Some far reaching views are visible from this house. The property is a detached bungalow with a very private space. Parking available off road in driveway and also for two cars on road in front of house. The town is a 10 min walk and has local amenities like a 24 hours tesco and petrol pump. Some highly recommended breakfast places like Brew, Elite cafe and patisserie and Salt and Crust. Excellent meal and dessert places also boast the towns atmosphere with likes of Frankies, Chickanos, Salt and Crust, Mother Hubbard’s fisheries, Sibu, Chum-Chees diner, Paeshawar, Heavenly desserts, Ice stone Gelato, and much more. Wilton Park is a 5-min drive and boast a pond, children’s ply area and a walk through the woods to bagshaw museum. A more local walk from the house is in Jessop park, which is at the end of the street through walkways.
