Neighborhood info

Located in an attractive conservation area at the East End of Elgin we are only a five minute walk from the centre of Elgin with a great choice of shops, restaurants, cafes and entertainment. For those interested in history there is our local museum, the ruins of Elgin Cathedral, and at nearby Burghead you'll find the remains of a pictish fort and Sueno's stone at Forres, standing at over seven metres tall. At the heart of Scotland's distilling industry Elgin is the best place to explore the Malt Whisky Trail and the Spey Valley distilleries, home to over half of all Scotland's distilleries (the river Spey is also considered to be the best salmon fishing river in the world).
