Welcome to our spacious and beautifully lit four-bedroom townhouse, the perfect getaway for families, friends or business travellers! The property boasts modern decor throughout, creating a fresh inviting atmosphere that feels like a true home away from home. Conveniently located just a short drive from the train station, you can take a direct journey to London destinations like Liverpool street and seven sisters. Stanstead airport is only a 25-minute drive away, and nearby attractions include lee valley white water centre, zoos and parks for fun-filled outings. The local neighbourhood is full of charm with shops, restaurants and pubs just steps away from your door. The townhouse is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience: Ground floor- Bedroom 1 with a double bed and wardrobe, Bedroom 2 with a single bed and wardrobe, plus shower room with toilet. First floor- A bright welcoming lounge with smart tv, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a dining room. Second floor- Bedroom 3 with a single bed and wardrobe and Bedroom 4 is a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room. A baby travel cot can be requested prior to your arrival. Guests will enjoy free wifi, a designated private parking spot and a lovely private back garden with seating area - perfect for unwinding outdoors. For coffee lovers, the property features a coffee machine alongside standard tea, coffee and sugar items to make your mornings extra special. First aid kit and fire extinguishers are available in case of emergencies but to ensure a safe visit. I have an interest in sewing and decorating my own home. Going on holiday to Marseille made me realise that I wanted to start my own Airbnb, something I enjoy about hosting is making people feel like they’re at home whilst travelling as it makes the trip more comfortable.
